CHALLENGE :
Preschool branding often falls into two extremes — either too academic and serious, or overly generic and cartoonish. The challenge for O’Daisy was to strike the perfect balance: creating an identity that felt playful and child-friendly while still reflecting trust, mindfulness, and modern educational values that appeal to parents. The brand needed to stand out in a crowded preschool market in Pune, communicate its philosophy of self-discovery and exploration, and build an emotional connect with both children and caregivers. The task was to design a name, identity, and digital presence that captured the innocence of childhood while positioning O’Daisy as a forward-thinking preschool shaping futures with care and creativity.

SOLUTION :
1. NOMENCLATURE & COMPETIVE RESEARCH :
By studying the preschool landscape to understand how existing brands positioned themselves — ranging from overly academic names to playful but generic ones. The goal was to create a name that felt fresh, distinctive, and carried emotional depth. O’Daisy was born out of this exercise, inspired by the daisy flower, a universal symbol of innocence, purity, and new beginnings. It not only differentiated the preschool in a crowded market but also aligned seamlessly with its philosophy of nurturing young minds to bloom with curiosity and joy.
2. LOGO DESIGN :
At its heart is a playful elephant mascot — a symbol of wisdom, strength, and kindness — holding a balloon to reflect celebration and childhood wonder. The daisy flower detail reinforces the brand’s name and metaphor of growth, innocence, and new beginnings. A vibrant, multi-colored typography palette was chosen to create instant recall, combining cheerful pastels with rounded letterforms for a warm, approachable feel. The overall logo strikes a balance between fun and trust, making it appealing to children while reassuring parents of the preschool’s mindful, nurturing philosophy.
3. Website Development :
The website for O’Daisy Preschool was designed as an inviting digital extension of the brand’s identity — bright, cheerful, and easy to navigate for parents.
